I build softwareend to end.
Software engineer in Paris. I work across the whole stack — the interface, the API underneath it, the pipeline that deploys it, and sometimes the spatial data it runs on. What interests me is the part where correctness is hard: a write that lands while the network is down, two people editing the same record, money that must never be recomputed after the fact.

Front-end
The interface people actually use — built to stay legible on a phone in a shop as much as on a desk.

How I work
Three habits that survive contact with production.
- 01
Start from what breaks
Before the feature list, the failure list. What happens when the connection drops mid-write, when two people touch the same record, when a refund lands on an invoice whose tax rate has since changed. Those answers shape the data model, and they are expensive to retrofit.
- 02
Build against something real
Work goes to a running environment as it lands, not at the end. Decisions get made against a thing you can click rather than a mockup, so a wrong turn costs days instead of weeks.

Leave it runnable without me
Deployment, monitoring and backups are part of building it, not a later phase. Written architecture notes, a reproducible pipeline, and infrastructure someone else can take over — that is what finished means.

About
I move between layers rather than sitting in one. A week might be a React screen and its accessibility, the next a Prisma schema and the migration that goes with it, the next a GitHub Actions pipeline that deploys over SSH without anyone watching.
That range is deliberate. Most of the bugs I find interesting live between layers — in what the interface assumes the API guarantees, or in what the deployment quietly changes about the runtime. You only see them if you work on both sides.
Alongside my day job I build and run StockPilot, an offline-first point of sale used daily in a real shop. It is where I get to make the architectural calls myself, and where the consequences come back to me directly.
